Description:A modern Best Bitter brewer with UK grown Cascade hops from Hukins Hops in Kent and a touch of crystal rye malt.
The crystal rye malt adds colour, sweetness and a touch of spice while the Cascade hops add a balancing citrus and floral character that encourage the next sip. We used our English ale house strain of yeast for a medium body and mouthfeel.
