Tasting Notes: XK ale is a ‘small beer’ or a ‘Mild’ made with an old style of brewing – a party gyle method after an initial big brew of XXXK, means we add more grain to make a small beer. With added chocolate and caramel malts to give it further body and depth of flavour.
