Tasting Notes: Italian Ale: A light beer made only of barley malt with soft hints of malt and herbaceous, citrus and floral notes typical of the noble varieties of hops used. Golden yellow color, clear. White foam, very fine and persistent. On the nose the honey and herbaceous notes blend in perfect balance. The sip has a sweet entrance which is replaced by a bitter balsamic, soft and persistent. The light body and the good final dryness, make this beer very easy to drink.
