Description:The production of this quality spirit is carried out using traditional methods of pressing and fermentation.The apples are harvested from October to November, then washed and sorted by hand before being pressed. After pressing and alcoholic fermentation, the ciders are distilled in February and March.
This Calvados with a controlled designation of origin has aged for at least two years in oak barrels to give it structure, complexity and a sophisticated finish.
