Containing many varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz & Tinto Cão.After malolactic fermentation & the second fermentation, 30% of the wine is then carefully aged for 9 -12 months in barrel.ROLA Douro Tinto shows the fruit of a vineyard with character in the soil & the terroir of Douro at its best. This creates a wine, which is very concentrated on the nose, then revealing red fruit on the palate. The tannins are present, & bring the wine an incredible complex structure profile. The wine is balanced by a mark of freshness. Making it a very elegant wine.
