Tasting Notes: For Lost Friends is a unique collaboration between Burning Sky and U.S. mixed fermentation heavyweights, Jester King. A pale wort was produced then fermented using both breweries’ mixed yeast cultures. Ages in both oak barrels and steel on whole apricots, this beer is complex, with rich fruit flavours on the palate and a crisp tart finish.
