Description:Thorc! from “Torchiato”, which is the rustic pressings of all their grapes togheter, turned into perfect snack wine! Chatus, Barbera, Merlot and Beretta Cuneese juice squeezed out into stainless steel. Despite the technique used the wine had fresh and fragrant fruits, with great acidity and bright tannins. Drink it chilled if you want!
