Description:Perfect in a Negroni! This was a special, very limited edition run for Brighton Gin’s 10th Birthday last year – but it was so successful, we have now added it to the range! We make it by using the remainder of our “naked” (i.e. peeled) oranges that we’re left with once the zest has gone into our regular distillation. These oranges get sliced up, dehydrated to caramelise the sugars and then redistilled to create a beautiful marmalade flavour, and further our goal of saving waste at the same time! This is a proper jammy but still London Dry style gin with a long finish; slightly higher ABV of 43 % to catch all those citrus-y flavours. YUM!
