Round Pasture is named after a local farm field and is a bright and fresh sour with a gentle spritz on the tongue. The beer was fermented in Medoc barrels for just over 2 years and finished off with a small dry hop of Ella and Enigma. Flavours of elderflower, notes of peach skin and sherbet are in the forefront with a subtle after taste of barnyard funk. Fermented with Brettanomyces Lambicus, Claussenii and Trois.
