West Coast IPA Is Dead or is it? Our collaboration with Green Cheek makes its return this week. This is a collaboration that was inspired by the idea that West Coast IPA is at its best when it is living, breathing, and evolving. By paying homage to the classics and also by stretching their boundaries, modern breweries are helping them find new audiences. This beer embodies this way of thinking, letting the Simcoe and Citra sing loudly while the malt flavour is relatively reserved. Brewed without crystal malt, the IPA is clear without a heavy malt profile.
