Prosecco DOC Brut millesimato nature, also called zero dosage; characterized by 100% Glera grapes from the 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage we have collected perfectly healthy grapes and concentrated in flavors and aromas. We have obtained a sparkling wine Very light straw yellow with a thin, dense and persistent perlage. Delicate, complex and fine olfaction with floral notes of jasmine and white clove, fruity notes of crunchy pear and white peach, small herbaceous notes of aromatic herbs. The thin and creamy carbonation accompanies the discreet acidic shoulder and gives persistence and linearity to the sip.
