Tasting Notes: The grapes are pressed directly and contact with the skins takes place only in the press, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is not clarified. It is a simple and fresh wine. The grape terpenes make it aromatic on the nose. In the mouth there is pulp and a little cheerfulness given by the light refermentation. Offered in a fun one liter bottle
