Description:Its the one you’ve all been waiting for and the rum we get asked about most, our first batch of dark rum is ready for sipping.
Created by using a process called rapid aging, we’ve taken used barrels that have been decommissioned and chipped into small pieces. We can age the rum faster than a traditional cask method as there is more surface area and use chips from multiple barrels to give you a unique delicious rum.
For this expression we use bourbon, sherry, cognac and virgin cherry and allow our rum to rest for c20 days. As with all of our products we don’t add any sugar, flavours or colourings to the bottle.
