Description:This expression combines all the four cane sugars, Jaggery, Panela, Molasses and fresh cane juice, slowly fermented and matured before being double distilled. Through lifting the ABV to 57% this rum explodes with flavour, nose and a good portion of funk! Of course the smoothness you expect form the Goldstone range is still there even with the higher ABV.
