Tasting Notes: Made from 100% noble grape Grenache Noir, in the Languedoc, by multi award-winning producer Jean-Claude Mas. Modern in style, this wine is all about fruit intensity and soft drinking appeal. Destemmed grapes are fermented in stainless steel and cement tanks, and 25% of the wine is aged for 5 months in American and French oak barrels, before blending. Bright crimson in colour, the nose is framboise, violet, sweet spices and vanilla, the palate is generous, jammy and supple with flavours of cherry, raspberry and spice. All in a unique bottle too!
