Their mid-harvested Eggers Special is an epigentic variant as delicious as it is intriguing, filled with notes of lime, hay & green tea. Backed up by some choice Nelson Sauvin for a boost of pressed grape & passionfruit, the texture is rich & indulgent while balancing a soft drinkability.
