Tasting Notes: Fallen Angels No.2 Our Fallen Angels Imperial Stout Series will showcase our darkest, most infernal beers. Barrel aged, high strength, huge flavours. Cast them down. An intense and complex imperial stout. Aged for 20 months in Speyside whisky barrels for decedent black forest gateaux chocolate and black cherry flavours. Intense sherry notes dominate with a light hint of whisky. Finished with a small amount of smoked pasilla de Oaxaca chillies for a light warmth.
