Description:A fresh, vibrant Saison fermented with wild yeast and matured for 24 months before being infused with fresh elderflower, picked in season from the tree by the brewery door. Bright golden with a light haze and white foam, the aroma is full of fresh elderflower – perfume-floral and woodsy – with a farmhouse funk edge. Dry and crisp with an appetising tartness that emphasises notes of sherbert fruits, bubblegum and scrumpy cider apples.
