The Kernel Brewery: Hopfenweisse – Idaho 7 30L Kegstar

Description:Inspired by the traditional German Hefeweizen, we have brewed our Hopfenweisse with both malt and torified wheat and a very generous addition of hops.  Like with most of beers, each time we  brew the Hopfenweisse we use a different hop. In this iteration we have used Idaho 7.  You can expect a pleasant sweetness and some light floral notes, followed up by a firm, refreshing bitterness.
