This genre-defying 8% brew is the UnBarred riff on the iconic cocktail, made in partnership with our friends from the Brighton whisky powerhouse – @CutYourWolfLoose Starting with our perfectly-executed Berliner Weisse base, we layered hundreds of hand peeled & juiced lemons into the boil for citric-oomph, then complemented this with the gorgeous whisky barrel notes of Cameronbridge single grain Scotch.

This beer is both bold and artfully balanced. Hot on the heels of the tart, lemony opening note is the warmth and delicious oaky character of a smooth scotch. It’s a stunning sour beer that is as thirst-quenching as it is intriguing.
