Named after William Quartermaine, who was one of the owners of the original Wimbledon Brewery, this English style IPA is brewed with only the finest possible ingredients. The fruity, spicy, floral hop aromas lead to a full, rich, almost light fruit cake middle palate, ending with a clean dry bitter finish.
