Goldstone Rum: Sussex Overproof 70cl
This expression combines all the four cane sugars, Jaggery, Panela, Molasses and fresh cane juice, slowly fermented and matured before being double distilled. Through lifting the ABV to 57% this rum explodes with flavour, nose and a good portion of funk! Of course the smoothness you expect form the Goldstone range is still there even with the higher ABV.
