  • Tasting Notes: Albariño has found a second home in Uruguay's maritime climate, and this brilliant example has all the lip-smacking, citrusy freshness of its Galician cousins. Each plot of vines is harvested at a different stage of maturity, obtaining wines of different character from the same vineyard. These are then combined to craft a final wine with layers of flavour: citrus and honeysuckle from the earlier-picked fruit, and juicy melon and peach from the later plots.
