Appearance: Deep ruby-red with bright clarity and a vibrant core.

Aroma: Inviting and complex, showcasing ripe plum, cherry, and a touch of nutmeg spice.

Palate: Full-bodied with a smooth, elegant texture—soft tannins balance rich dark fruit layers, lifted by fresh acidity and leading to a long, creamy finish.

Winemaking: Made from 100% Agiorgitiko grapes, harvested by hand, with 2–3 weeks of skin maceration followed by 12 months aging in French oak. Certified organic.

Food Pairing: A perfect match for grilled meats such as pork and lamb, lighter sausages, roasted poultry, and hearty pasta dishes.

Serving: Best enjoyed at 16–18 °C (60–64 °F).
