Rook en Spieëls - Kabbelend Cinsault

Appearance: Deep ruby-red, showcasing bright clarity and youthful vibrancy.

Aroma: A fresh and aromatic blend of red berries—cranberry and cherry—highlighted by delicate floral notes and a touch of spice.

Palate: Light to medium-bodied with a crunchy, juicy texture. Soft tannins and lively acidity lead to a fresh, food-friendly finish.

Winemaking: Crafted from organic, dry-farmed Cinsault grapes sourced from old bush vines on the Paarl–Swartland border. Fermented naturally with a significant portion of whole-cluster inclusion for structure, followed by gentle pump-overs for color and freshness.

Food Pairing: A great match with lamb, Moroccan or Middle Eastern dishes, barbecued meats, or simply enjoyed slightly chilled on its own.

Serving: Best served at 14–16 °C (57–61 °F), depending on preference.
