Coming from François Martenot Compagnie Beaujolaise uses south-facing slopes with sandy, stony soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted. Traditional concrete vats are used in vinification, then ageing until ready for bottling. The resulting wine leans aromatic, medium in tannin, very expressive of the juicy, crunchy fruit
