a light-bodied red wine made from 100% Quagliano grapes. It is produced using 100% whole-cluster fermentation, with spontaneous fermentation, no added sulfites, and aged in fiberglass tanks. The wine is unfiltered and unfined, comes from clay-rich soils, has just 9% ABV.
