Poderi Cellario - SE' Classic Method 1.5L Magnum

The Nascetta grape, an ancient, semi-aromatic variety native to Langa, unlocks vibrant notes of honey, mountain herbs, and fresh flowers when grown in rich red soil. As a trailblazer for the variety, Poderi Cellario was the third estate to replant these historic vines and the first to produce a traditional-method sparkling expression.

Produced using the oldest sparkling winemaking method, Se’ metodo classico is a unique wine with an unparalleled freshness. The perlage is extremely fine, thanks to the slow fermentation in the cool, dark rooms of our underground cellar.
Alongside light notes of bread crust, there are also notable hints of citron, lemon, and mineral notes characteristic of the grape variety.

This wine is unfiltered and unclarified.
