Chateau St Thomas Gourmets - Gourmets Red

Appearance: Deep cardinal red with dark purple nuances, signaling depth and intensity.

Aroma: Rich and complex, featuring conifer notes like eucalyptus and pine, layered with hints of burned tobacco, ink, and spice.

Palate: Full and harmonious, showing ripe, well-developed fruit framed by smooth, silky tannins and a balanced, rounded structure.

Winemaking: A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah (with some Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon depending on vintage), fermented and matured carefully to preserve character. Typically aged in concrete vats and bottled for further development. Made without added sulfur to preserve its natural purity.

Food Pairing: Excellent with lamb, grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes, as well as hearty pastas and savory cuisine.

Serving: Best served at 16–18 °C (60–64 °F), where its aromatic complexity and refined texture can shine.
