Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe cherries, plums, and dark berries, complemented by hints of spice, vanilla, and dried herbs.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety, with balanced acidity, soft tannins, and a lingering, fruit-driven finish.

Winemaking: Crafted from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes using the Ripasso technique, fermenting over the dried Amarone skins to enhance body, complexity, and richness.

Food Pairing: Ideal with roasted meats, braised dishes, aged cheeses, and hearty pasta with rich sauces.

Serving: Best served at 16–18 °C (60–64 °F).
