Aroma: Fresh and vibrant with aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, and lime, layered with subtle floral and mineral notes.

Palate: Crisp and elegant, showcasing zesty citrus flavors alongside hints of stone fruit and a characteristic mineral edge. Balanced acidity provides freshness and a long, clean finish.

Winemaking: Crafted in Alsace from 100% Riesling grapes, highlighting the region’s terroir with purity, finesse, and precision.

Food Pairing: Excellent with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, sushi, and light poultry dishes. Also pairs beautifully with goat cheese and Asian-inspired cuisine.

Serving: Best enjoyed well chilled at 8–10 °C (46–50 °F).
