Palate: Dry and full of wild strawberry, redcurrant, and rhubarb flavors. The wine has a fine and persistent mousse with great depth and complexity.

Winemaking: Crafted using the Charmat method, the base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks to develop effervescence. This method enhances the fresh fruit flavors and approachable style characteristic of Fitz Rosé.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, light salads, and delicate appetizers.

Serving: Best served chilled at 8–10 °C (46–50 °F).
