Born from Fausto’s encounter with an old winemaker from the Pinerolo area. Focusing on forgotten grapes, or at risk of being forgotten, the wine was born.
Maceration lasts one month and it’s aged for one year in amphorae.
This wine is unfiltered and unclarified.
