Grown on the clay-loam slopes of Highweald’s Lakestreet Vineyard, this Chardonnay reflects the purity and precision of its Sussex terroir. Slow-ripened fruit from this sheltered site delivers aromas of peach, apricot, lime blossom, and a gentle hint of cedar.

On the palate, it’s smooth, fresh, and beautifully balanced – elegant rather than overt, with a clean, fruit-led profile. Matured for 12 months in seasoned French barriques and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this limited-release Chardonnay captures the craft, character, and quiet refinement of Highweald winemaking.
