Poderi Cellario - E' Grino!

Grino is a mythological figure, but in some central Italian dialects it is used to indicate two diametrically opposed things: a person of very high or very low “value.” In short, a “phenomenon”!
It is an extravagant and controversial wine obtained from spontaneous fermentation with maceration for 3-5 days, unclarified and aged in concrete vats for 8 months.
The color, slightly more than pink, gives it character. On the nose, spices and fruit prevail. The palate starts off rounded and finishes with a nice tannin finish. Offered in a fun one-liter bottle.
