Aroma: Inviting and fruity, with aromas of red fruit preserves, raspberries, blueberries, and delicate floral hints like violets.

Palate: Sweet yet fresh and velvety, with bright red fruit flavors balanced by lively acidity and natural bubbles for a soft, lingering finish.

Winemaking: Crafted in Oltrepò Pavese using Croatina, Barbera, and Uva Rara. Fermentation follows the Martinotti (Charmat) method in stainless steel, then refined in the bottle to develop natural effervescence.

Food Pairing: Perfect with fruit tarts, pastries, chocolate treats, or blue cheeses; a delightful dessert wine or an indulgent aperitif.

Serving: Best served chilled at 8–10 °C (46–50 °F).
