We added Simcoe in the boil to give plenty of citrusy pithy bitterness then dry hopped with hop-trio, Citra, Talus, and Simcoe to soften with floral tones and stone fruit flavours. Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.
