Kernel - x Redemption: Victorian Mild 12x500ml

We’ve made this beer 8 times now. Like last year, we made two batches, one at Redemption and one here in Bermondsey. It’s inspired by what we think a mild ale of the Victorian era would be like.
A couple small tweaks to the malt base on this version seems to have made it less ‘ruby’ (like last time) and more ‘dark mild’ bringing out some incredibly luscious Italian chocolate flavours. Milk chocolate, hazelnut, toffee, damp woods.
