Verdant - Bitter Gold Pale Ale 9G Cask

Anthony Redsell in Kent started growing a Hopsteiner hop variety called Bitter Gold at our request in 2022. Three years after that initial conversation and we took delivery of a full size 62kg farm bale of whole cone Bitter Gold. They smell gorgeously citric and resinous but with a beautiful English tint. To celebrate we have made this classy cask pale ale that has oodles of it hot and cold side…we even dry hopped it with whole cone hops!
