(Nelson, Motueka) We stayed on tradition for the malt base using select grains from Weyermann speciality malts and for the hot side using noble variety hops Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saaz but chose to incorporate some of our favourite hops from NZ in the dry hop, to create a crisp and refreshing lager with a citrus punch.
