Brewed since 2019, Understanding Whole Systems is our annual deep dive into one of the world’s most iconic hops. This year’s batch features an oat-heavy New England base, our thiolised house yeast, and a full-on blend of hand-selected Citra: T90, Cryo, Lupomax and Incognito.
It’s juicy, chewy and bright, with layers of tangerine, grapefruit peel, satsuma oil and a touch of mango. A soft sweetness up front, a proper Citra bite at the back, and a whiff of dank pine holding it all together.
